1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Beron Leather Goods Co., Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hiram Beron. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. ACCURACY OF LEATHER PRODUCTS.
We specialize in high-end leather craftsmanship since 2012. We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our leather goods accurately. However, as we use authentic premium leathers (including Italian and French calfskin,Chinese leather), you acknowledge that:
• Each hide is unique with natural variations.
• Minor scars, grain differences, or subtle color shifts are hallmarks of genuine leather and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
3. MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES & RAW MATERIALS.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Due to the volatility of the premium leather market, we reserve the right to adjust pricing based on raw material costs. We shall not be liable for any price modifications or service suspensions.
4. B2B & CUSTOM ORDERS (PRIVATE LABEL) .
All Private Label and Bespoke orders are subject to specific Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ).
• Finality: Once a custom production run (including custom logo embossing) has commenced, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
• Deposits: We reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit for bulk manufacturing.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
All content, including product photography, designs, and the Hiram Beron brand identity, is our exclusive property.
• Limited License: Dropshipping and Private Label clients are granted a limited license to use our imagery solely for selling our products. Unauthorized redistribution or claim of ownership is strictly prohibited.
6. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENTS .
We use secure providers like Paypal,Payoneer Checkout for transactions. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well. We are not responsible for transaction failures or disputes handled by these third-party gateways.
7. SHIPPING & CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE.
As specified in our Shipping Policy, responsibility for duties and taxes depends on the service selected (DDP vs. DDU). Customers are responsible for compliance with their local import laws.
8. GOVERNING LAW.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Beron Leather Goods Co., Ltd is registered.
