 1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
 As a boutique factory specializing in high-end leather goods since 2012, our processing times vary by service type:
Dropshipping (In-Stock): Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Custom / Private Label Orders: Production lead times for bulk orders typically range from 15-35 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We ship to most countries worldwide via premium logistics partners (e.g., Yun Express, 4px,FedEx, DHL).
• USA, UK, & EU: 7-20 business days.
Rest of the World: 10-35 business days.
• Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
3. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES (DDP vs. DDU)
We offer a seamless shipping experience by categorizing regions based on import regulations:
 • DDP Regions (Hassle-Free): For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union, we utilize DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means all import duties and taxes (including those under 2025 US Customs Section 301/321 updates) are prepaid by us. The price at checkout is final; you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
• DDU Regions (Rest of World): For all other countries, orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers are responsible for any local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees required by their respective governments.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
5. WRONG ADDRESS & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hiram Beron is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. SHIPPING DAMAGES
 If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
